Valentino Menswear Spring/Summer 2014 Paris

Maria Grazia and Pierpaolo Piccioli designed my favourite collection for the Paris 2014 Spring Summer menswear show.

I would have to say it was their exploration and transformation of everything denim throughout the collection and the military uniform feel to some pieces that really won me over.

The added bonuses being details like shirts and jackets that had pockets created out of heat bonded strips of leather and pants that had reflective strips in the back of the knees.

Such a sleek, brilliantly crafted and interesting line – a huge source of inspiration for CharlieBoy pieces to come..
