Louis Vuitton Menswear Spring/Summer 2014 Paris

This Paris show last June covered plenty of ground as Louis Vuitton's menswear designer, Kim Jones, took the house on a trip across the USA. The collection really displayed the adventurous side of the LV man and his passion for the open road.

The 41 looks covered an array of mens style - preppy, broker, frat boy, gas jockey, scout, hippie, greaser, trust fund baby and the list goes on.

A couple of my favourite looks being the Wall Street-ready suits which were worn with casually knotted bandannas and the badge covered khaki “boy scout” jackets.

In true LV style, the importance of having the right baggage was not overlooked. The roomy perforated totes, duffle bags and backpack were as functional as they were beautiful – would we have expected anything less..?
